Oriskany Garage Tire and Auto by far is the best in the Mohawk Valley and Central New York. The service is kind, honest and will prioritize with you what need attention the most on your vehicle. I have been a customer for the past three years and they have done a fantastic job everytime. They even have loaner vehicles to provide if your repairs will take longer than a day. This really helps for a one car family like mine. One really awesome feature the garage uses is a diagnostic report of the vehicle with photos of what needs to be fixed, then they call and discuss it further with you. The prices and labor costs are honest and they never try to force unnecessary repairs or work to be done. I cannot possibly say enough good things about Oriskany Garage Tire and Auto. They really are the best, I highly recommend them for any auto repair or maintenance.

Amazing!!! They send links via text (it is 2021) with all the pictures of what they find wrong. No need to wait around and see. They declined replacing brakes and rotors because they were in too good of condition, but took the time to quote me for later (at $350 less than dealer). Pick up and drop off went perfect. Super appreciate of how they picked me up in my jeep from work. Allowed me to feel for things that might have been wrong. Nothing was though. The price??? OMG dealer wanted twice as much for 1/2 the work! COVID precautions you ask? How about they redid the entire front end and even moved the card scanners so we can all stay apart!! Best part ? Found an honest mistake on my bil (it always nice when everything is perfect and some human error pops up). I Called from the parking lot (COVID precautions and all) credited in a minute, ownership of mistake, not a second thought to make it right. This place hands down is the best mechanic shop I have been to since getting my first car 18 years ago. If you happen to have after market jeep work .... good news they will fix that to!!!
