I've used OGnT for many years. Mainly for 2 reasons. 1-The honest and high quality work they deliver. And 2-The personable demeanor that goes out to their customers. I really feel like more than just a customer. Especially when I can run into the owner at a gas station, and he asks me (by name) how my day is going. Rade has continued a tradition that Uncle Russ had in place, and in his own natural way...and that is totally investing himself in his employees, as well as in his customers. I will never take my car anywhere else.

I keep getting the same things fixed who cares if they are warrantied they seem to always find a charge on something. I have gave them so much business through the years from friends to family sorry not the same service anymore.

we have been using OGT over 20 yrs and they have always honest, thorough, friendly and generous; never negligent, rude, or pushy on recommended work. They point out potential issues and leave it to the customer to decide how to proceed. We are glad to have our 2007 Ford Five Hundred driving safely again. Their work is also guaranteed for a year on d we hat we had done and we rest assured that if an issue arises OGT will honor that guarantee..
